Pay: $250-$500 per day, plus sign-on bonus for qualifying experienced groomers (see below)

• Sign-on bonus for groomers with 2+ years of professional (paid) grooming experience: $500 at 60 days + $500 at 90 days (paid to groomers actively employed at each milestone; personal/at-home grooming experience does not qualify)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional grooming experience (paid, salon or mobile setting - personal/at-home pet grooming does not qualify), all breeds and sizes
• Comfortable and confident grooming dogs and cats
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional, warm, and reliable with pet owners

A Day in This Role

Appointments load before your shift starts. Drive to each client, perform the groom, briefly check in with the owner, and move to the next stop. Most groomers complete 5-7 pets per day, working independently at their own pace.
